KEEPING US

SAFE

SAFETY POLICIES AT PERFORMANCES

We look forward to welcoming you back to the theater for our Tahoe Nutcracker performances this winter.

During these unprecedented times, we are sure that you have questions about the policies that we have put in place for our events. The presence of the COVID–19 virus requires a focused effort on the safety of our volunteers, performers, and guests while delivering the ambiance and artistry of our performances.

We have initiated new provisions to welcome our audiences. Masks will be required for audiences at all times inside the theatre and lobby, except while actively eating or drinking in designated locations outdoors.

There won’t be any cash transactions this year so make sure you bring a credit card for contactless payment. We suggest purchasing pre-sale tickets online if you are able to. Need help? Please call us at (530) 386 - 4136.

Hand sanitizer will be available for your use upon arrival.

Performers, Lake Tahoe Dance Collective staff, and volunteers will be following facial covering mandates as directed by Placer County, the State of California, and the Center for Disease Control and our venue, part of the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District.

For Fully Vaccinated Guests:
If you have been Fully Vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine please bring proof of vaccination to the performance, AND present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. (Guests 12-18 may use a government-issued ID or school ID - no photo required.) “Fully vaccinated” means on the date of the performance a guest is at least 14 days after their second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine OR at least 14 days after their single dose of an approved single dose COVID-19 vaccine.
For international guests, TWO doses of any “mix and match” combination of an FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine are acceptable.

For Unvaccinated Guests:
Guests (ages 5 and over) may enter the theatre with ONE of the following:
A negative COVID-19 PCR test performed by a medical provider within 72 hours of the performance start time. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test; OR
A negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test.

All guests aged 2 and over are required to wear a CDC approved mask that completely covers
the nose, mouth and under the chin except when eating or drinking in designated areas.

The safety of our guests, performers, and volunteers remains of the upmost priority to all of us here at Lake Tahoe Dance Collective. To make your entry into our event as easy as possible, we suggest purchasing your tickets ahead of time at laketahoedancecollective.org, so you can breeze right into your seat and start enjoying the festivities.  We look forward to seeing you!
